Huge thanks to Chris and his team! I came in after suddenly hearing a loud noise from my car, and even though they don’t normally work on Teslas, they were incredibly kind and willing to take a look. They inspected the car, identified the issues, helped with what they could, and got me safely back on the road without charging me an unreasonable amount. Really appreciate their professionalism, honesty, guidance, and willingness to help when I needed it. Excellent service and genuinely good people. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Firestone. The team changed my oil, rotated my tires, fixed a leak, and identified and repaired some worn parts on my vehicle. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. The work was completed efficiently, and my car is running much better now. I worked directly with Kenny, who was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure my vehicle was completed in a timely manner and kept me informed every step of the way, communicating clearly about what was happening and what repairs were needed.
